Hey dudes, I was wondering. I know training has to be very different if you're using AAS, but I don't know how different. Do you train more frequently? Longer sessions? If anybody could compare a simple juice vs. non-juice routine, I'd really appreciate it.

A lot of that depends. You have guys like Coleman where he works each body part twice per week. Bigger body parts (when bulking) he does 4 exercises twice per week. Thats a lot when you think about it...say he does 3 sets per exercises then hes doing 24 sets per body part every week. Then you have guys that work each body part once per week when on AAS. You are still talking about 15-20 sets per body part.

EDIT: of course this all depends on the amount you are taking. I have yet to do a cycle but from what I have read, for a beginner cycle its safe to add one workout per body part...correct me if im wrong on that one guys.

Just do as much as you feel you can do - no hard & fast rules here. While on cycle, your body can be trained at higher volume & weight before overtraining, so take advantage of it.

But as I said, its an individual thing, youve got to guess & check.
