yes, but that's not the best way. YOu should stack it with test and ideally you'd use primo depot and not the tabs.

use primo depot loke rocco said. primo only isnt the best cycle its better to stack it with something like test enanthate but when you do that it isnt a cutting cycle. be aware for fake primos and dont forget primo is expensive
maybe winstrol can do the job if you want tabs and cut down. although i'm not a big fan of tabs. dont be scare for the needle.

THere is noo such thing as a cutting steroid. Cutting is done through diet and cardio. CUtting steroids ar those know for no bloat. Primo, winny etc. Test can be used is acutrer but with a AI. Also gear is used in a cuting cycle to decrease the muscle loss dso commelmy known to be seen while cutting.

all the research i did no where did it say it is ok to use it alone. everywhere said to stack with others. and yes they were pretty expensive.
