OKay.. I try to keep this as short as possible.

About me. I am almost 21years old i weigh 77kg and 177tall. Im not very build up i think i am kinda fat with a big stomach for my age. THE DEAL IS

Previously last year i use to go to the gym, it was for 6 months 3 days a week, and i got lazy coz i thought i wasnt getting much out of it. Now i havnt been to the gym for 6months and i wana get back in to it quickly and hard.

I am going over seas in 4 months. So i am getting stanazol by next week so i need to know what to do.
But the problem is i dont know how much to take. (pills) mg
I dont have a programe for it.
And i dont know how my diet and cardio is gona be.

SO PLEASE

if u could give me all this info it would be more than the great.

a plan program that would work just with stanazol pills?

how much do i need to take a day and what time? before after food?

A plan program just to mainly get cut 70% n grow about 30% if u know what i mean.

and what should i eat and how many times a day and how much cardio do i need to do a week and for how long at a time?>

p.s. i had a personal trainer for an hour to correct me the way i do my training. SO he told me that i can do everything that used to be on my programe right.

You know, I don't mean to flame you bro, because I think everyone in the game has felt a bit lost and helpless once or twice when it comes to their body, everyone has fat days and days that they feel that they will never grow, but to buy AAS without any knowledge of it at all (though it appears you know the compound you bought) and expect immediate gains and benefits is almost insulting to those of us putting in the long hours and 7 meals of dedication every day.

Opinions vary, but I would say that 21 is still too young for AAS, especially for someone who has never trained properly. That said, you're probably still going to take it, no matter what I say.

First off, fix your diet. I goddamn guarantee that diet is your main problem, and that you could add a tonne of new muscle relatively quickly if you started training and eating right. Read the nutrition thread. Then read it again. If it sounds easy to do, try it out for a while...it's not.

Next, read the training thread. Now, there's lots of debate in there about which split to do and no one is 100% right or wrong. As a beginner, I'd reccomend a 3 day Legs/push/pull split. My Log and Rocky's logs are good examples of this.

Then, I'd sell your winny and buy some creatine and whey. Maybe adding a fat burner for the 4th month.

It may not be what you want to hear, but AAS are serious drugs with possibly profound health risks/consequences. You need to be an informed user before I can give you any advice in good conscience.

Best of luck man, and 4 months is a tonne of time for major gains...I lost 30lbs in 3 months when I started at the gym again last Aug after over a year off and knee surgery.

I'm not going to lie to you
--> Many people have done steroids on your age with succes (for a while!)
but there is a big chance you don't have stable hormonelevels at that age, do you really want to risk screwing up your Hormonal Axis for the rest of your life!!
(There are a couple of articles now on long time BB who juiced at 15/16/17/18 and continued using on and off for 10 or so years and instead of reaching full strength/muscle/size on about age 30 like normal people; at age 30 they had extremely low testlevels and extremely high estrogen levels --> Granted they looked good but were infertile and relied on juice to stay that way!).

The PCT-protocols on this board look good but they are reliant on a couple of circumstances (Juicing when hormone levels are stable, juicing wisely etc.).
Once you screwed up your Hormonal Feedback System even the most trained endicrinologists will not know how to reverse it.

Not to mention the potential closing of Growth Plates (Estrogen-induced).

The irreversable practical sides that can come with large amounts of hormones on young ages (Like massive Backhair that will grow back in 2 weeks after shaving and extreme acne).

Not to mention that at your age
(not only because natural Test-levels are high; what most people think, but also unknown patterns and things like active telomere and Neuropeptides, not to mention stable Insuline-levels and Rest-factors like high natural HGH and an active Immunesystem when on enough protein to spare chemokines!!).
You can grow like crazy on just Proteinpowder, Glutamine and Carbs...
(Be it in diet form or as Shakes)...

200 grams of Protein a day for a year along with 4-5 times lifting a week will give you more results than steroids and will have you have a nice "base" for over a couple of years when you can start juicing thus making gains easier to keep and easy to apply life-style learned while natural (plenty sleep, protein, clean diet, good excercise-regime) on steroids REDUCING SIDES/RISKS and MAXIMIZING RESULTS.

(Research shows at your age the most important bottleneck for musclegrowth is proteins and AA's like L-glutamine consumed and not enough water drank while eating too much unhealthy "Fast Carbos" e.g. Candy, Softdrink and "Trans Fatty Acids"; the catabolizing fatty acids that are in a large amounts of foods nowadays to keep them from degrading/ increasing expiry date).

At your age your metabolism if supplied enough Protein and you aren't obese or overweight is extremely forgiving!!
(You can basically eat cookies and hamburgers then go train and still not gain fat while adding muscle; Now don't make abuse of this statement )

The stages of puberty continue till the age of 21, thus your endocrine system is still developing. If extraneous hormones are used, then this potentially can result in the occurrence of long term side effects both physiological and physiological.

Physiological Problems

Growth Plates
Even if you have stopped growing, there is still potential of height increase, even people above 18 have continued to grow in height, and do not completely shut down until individuals are past 22.

Impotence:
By supplementing with hormones while development is still occurring can cause permanent impotence and fertility issues. Adding synthetic androgens such as testosterone and estrogen, can result in problems with normal testicular growth and functions.


Liver/Kidney:

hectik - I understand your impatience, there isn't a single person on this forum who doesn't want muscle faster, but ti's what you are willing to do to get it. I (as Mindstar did, and no doubt everyone else would) STRONLGY urge you to reconsider taking the drugs. Especially given the fact you haven't trained for a while. Get a solid programme underway and you may be surprised at how much progress you make naturally. my friend lost nearly 45lb in 4 months and his strength over doubled in that time (I am not exaggerating) and it was all done through the right training programme, perseverance and mentality. Don't sell yourself short - dig in, train right and eat right and you may get further than you thought! Good luck to you man. Stay safe!

first sorry to post this topic on a wrong section. i thought training will do since i was looking for a program on juice.

anyways --
well my story is like this i haven't got the stanazol (pills) yet but i am about to get it next week. but i can leave it, i haven't paid or anything yet.. the only reason i want to take it is coz i have a lil bit more than 3 months left and i am going on a holiday over seas for 2 months...
so i thought 3 months will be plenty for me to get CUT and shaped up ready on time for the holiday thats the only reason i really want to take it coz i dont have enough time to get what i want in such a short time.

i badly really bad want to be on form before i go on holidays but hmmmmmmm...

First off, are you going to be working out over there? Probably not, so you will lose a lot of it over there. Which could throw you into a depression which is never good. Also you can gain 10-20 pounds or lose 10-20 pounds in three months if you don't work out now and just start. Just have to get the diet and training on key. I did and i blew up. Diet is the key, i didn't know for 3 years and got minimal results until i started to eat 6-8 times a day and clean foods.

I think everyone here as pretty much covered everything you need to know. In the future if you really are thinking about AAS then aside from all the research that needs to be completed you need to ask yourself one question. People will say do you know this, do you know that, how long have you trained blah blah blah. The 1st question anyone needs to ask themselves thats thinking about taking gear is, "Why do I want to do this?" If your answer is, "I just want to back on some pounds and look good." Or the classic, "Everyones doing it." then i would say definately not to mess around w/ AAS. If you don't have plans on competing and im talking about "serious" competition then AAS is useless. Atleast this is all my opinion but just some food for thought if you consider using again in the future.

THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. THIS WEBSITE IS GREAT AND THERE ARE SOME GREAT PEOPLE HERE.
I wont be touching AAS or anyother steroids till at list i know a lot more about it, and i will be defently refering back to this website for more info.

-anyways since AAS is out of plan than i will be looking forward to other ways getting bigger and stronger.

Wise decision, and one which you may never know how lucky you are to have made.

Take a look through the nutrition section and the training section and read around. Personally, I prefer 3 day programs which are push/pull/legs, but they only work well if you are working intensely. I am a fan of less is more. Check Rocky's log or mine for examples in action...(i'm sure there are others in here as well, so sorry if I left your log out)
