I recently started a cycle consisting of Dbol, Test E, and Deca.
My main worry here is gaining fat, a little water retention doesnt bother me. However in the little time I have been on cycle i've already put on some unwanted fat.
I have no troubles stuffing my face (and have been), but just worry about throwin on the excess fat. Diet mainly consists of Chicken Breasts, Tuna, Almonds, Pasta (Kraft Dinner - Bad??), Bread w/ peanut butter, Cottage Cheese, and Protein shakes (ON
100% Whey). Red meat about every third day or so. Any suggestions on my diet, and any good fast carbs i could add in??
Dbol i am running at 25mg/day for 4 weeks only. The Test Enth - start at 250 and go up to 750. Deca starting at 250 and up to eventually 400.
I am running .5 of Arimidex per day. PCT (although irrelevant for the question) - Nolva and Clomid.
My vitamins/supps: Glutamine (2 tsp/day), Fish Oil Caps,
Flax Oil, B12, Vit. C, Multi, Calcium.
Sorry about the long thread, ANY adivces on how i can change or improve my cycle would be much appreciated.
