a friend of mine who is thaking winstrol and test he told me that he is only 4 weeks off AAS. I thougt u should be off for at least 12 weeks

well,the golden rule is time on/time off..
not to say its set in stone..
imo,bloodwork comes back ok your good to go..
i prefer a little time between

did he run any pct?
did he have blood work done?

personally for me 4 weeks is short

Theres alot factors here. If he's a competitor and is way beyond his genetic limit than he may be bridging. Once you go beyond your genetic potential you need to stay on to keep those gains.

I stay on all year. But I compete, this is for me not for any newbi's.
