when you go off worry more about high calories and pct to keep on size. as for training still train hard but cut back on total sets and days in the gym.

When ON cycle, I typically add a few more reps, but no more sets. Stamina is what is better for most on cycle. When going off cycle, and head into PCT, raise your calories and slowly bring them down over the course of PCT.

Also, ON cycle, I lift 3 days per week. They're very hard days, but that's it. You want to make damn sure you're not overtraining. Many, MANY peopel overtrain normally. You'd be amazed at how much you can grow with heavy and hard. Avoid overtraining at all costs while on-cycle.

I really like to train intense whether on or off, I just really drop volume and intensity during PCT.
