yes this is true.
its not the best thing to do, but like me I train at 8ish get home at 9ish and hit the hay at 10-11. there is 1-2 things i can do. hit all 4iu post/workout or split dose 2 morning 2 post workout
From my understanding, for quality mass along with gear and maybe slin. its best to hit the 4iu's plus post workout and thats it.
whereas Ive seen ppl using gh for fat lose, hit 2-3ius 2-3 x' a day
