Could someone please direct to, or tell me how to plan a cycle of 10 to 12 weeks with Deca Durabolin - 30 x 2ml Vial and Sustanon 250 - 20 x 1ml Vial.

What's your previous cycle history. Deca should only an option after about 3 or 4 previous cycles.

If your good to go on that then
1 - 12 Sus split doses 3x week totaling 750mg M/W/F
1 - 12 Deca split doses 2x a week totaling 300mg M/F

PCT 15 days after last pin.

I organized my cycle based on what you told me. Could you double check it for me? Do you think 10 weeks is a good period of time? If I have to do week 11 and 12 I do it. Please feel free to change. Also, could you tell more about the 15 days PCT after last pin. Thanks for you help HawaiianPride.

I'm a little confused on your layout bro, just follow what I gave you.

Post Cycle Therapy:

Clomid = Always the base of a solid PCT. Should be ran at 50/50/50/50

Nolva = For protection of Gyno. Can be taken during a cycle if needed and always after a cycle. Should be ran at 40/40/20/20

I was trying to simplify what you told me putting the weeks and days on the calendar. I'm still learning how you guys define and write the cycles in U.S. I am from Italy we do define and abbreviate words differently.

750mg of sus for a firct cycle is too much. stick with 500mg per week split into 3 shots for best results. For ur first cycle you will grow like a weed so no need to overdo it.
