Help Taking Test Cypionate 250

I plan on taking Test Cypionate 250 but for beginners I read I only need 400 instead of 500 a week. Is this okay or does it go by weight? (I weight 260) Also should I take any anti-E blocker also? Once I take this test should I change up working out 3x(Squats,Bench,Deadlift) a week to 6x(every muscle group)? Please help figure this out

Well you should probably know this before using but since you don't....

Yes you need to lift longer and more often. Eat more as well. Personally I would stick with 250mg/wk. I know that seems low but imo its the way to go. You should have some arimidex on hand and some clomid.

LOL you get offended easy bro. I just always hear people say 250mg is low because it's the hrt dose. Every other time someone wants to do 250mg everyones advice is up it go 500mg. That's all I was saying.

200mg-300mg is an effective dose for a beginner.

No I'm not offended at all. For future reference pretty much unless you swear at me I'm not offended. I know 500mg/wk is common but I think 250/wk is plenty and most people never experiment at that dose to know if it's effective or not. People tell them 500mg/wk so that's all they try. 250/wk is still 3.5x what the normal male produces.

Good to hear/know bro. I just never see people reccomending 250mg/week, but I know you know your **** so i value your opinion.

I'm still a newb imo when it comes to AAS. I know test e/cyp and the sides and myths. I don't think anyone will report better gains from 500 than they do from 250. Both work equally as well imo but you have less bad sides like acne and bp is more normal. If you really wanna kick ass then do peptides and 250mg/wk but just test is fine by me. Hopefully others will chime and let us know what they think.

HRT is generally around 50 to 70! I know I was on HRT. So 250 is well beyond HRT.

Don't mean to hijack this thread man so if I did sorry.

I am on 1st cycle of 250 test cyp and 200 decca every 6 days for 8 weeks. Should I go longer on the cycle? it is day 3 -- when will I feel a little grrr? Thanks. 225lbs. 5'9.5" heavy split routine 5 days:

Routine

back/ arms/abs/30 mins cardio -- heavy

squats all day/ abs/ 30 mins cardio -- heavy

day off

bench/ flat /incline/decline/abs 20 mins cardio--heavy

leg sled/ traps work/ abs 30 mins cardio -- heavy

arms= tri's/bi's/forearm -- pump max reps -- 20 mins cardio

2 days rest
