I'm still a newb imo when it comes to AAS. I know test e/cyp and the sides and myths. I don't think anyone will report better gains from 500 than they do from 250. Both work equally as well imo but you have less bad sides like acne and bp is more normal. If you really wanna kick ass then do peptides and 250mg/wk but just test is fine by me. Hopefully others will chime and let us know what they think.
