ok now i am in need of some help i currently have been working out for 7 months, im on a VERY STRICT DIET, and have a lot of wheight to lose. Since im a endomorph i pack the pounds easy now im still fairly new to the bodybuilding world but i was thinking on using some clen but wanna know what to watch out for. I have a friend who has been on different types of stuff (dont know by name for about 2 years) and he said he would guide me through it...
Now i heard there are some sideffects but minor, but 1 thing that scares me is the increased heart that u might get is that for ever or reversable when im off the juice.
