test e is using just an enthanate ester on the testosterone, ive heard of tren retard, never heard of test retard, but im guessing that all it would be is testosterone base with Cyclohexylmethylcarbonate as the ester

Try cooking it,
Pre heat the oven at 275 for 2-2.5 hours, throw a pin in the top of the vial but make sure it doesn't touch the oil. Turn the oven off & throw your vials in, let them cook for about 2 hours.
