Im about 6'2 and 205 pounds, i need to bulk up but i also wanna be defined so i was thinking about taking d-bol and winni-v but i have never done steroids before and i dont know what kind of cycle i should go on or how much i should take and how often can someone please help me

ive been waiting for a winny to get me cut thread, bro you need to do a lot more research on steroids before you touch them, test should always be used as a base, and no oral only cylces, do some research on test and proper pct, come back and well talk

Google has some great info. or look around here at other people's stacks. look in lots of places rather than just one, it is the internet after all. read read read...then read some more. Don't be in a rush. Do it right and learn everything you can.
