i was just wondering if after having gynecomastia surgery, is there any way it can come back, because from my understanding its gone for good. also is there any other options that actually work.

hey rocco, if someone had gyno, could they use clomid on it's own to try get rid of it?

No. CLomid would not treat pre-existing gyno or gyno in process. NOlvadex could treat it if it was in process as well as an AI. I have heard of letro helpping pre-existing gyno but now you are talking about the illness not being as bad as the cure. Getr the surgery if it is is pre-existing and be done with it forever.

My buddy just had the surgery done last year. You can't even tell that he ever had it.

it's for a friend of mine from work, he has a pre existing gyno problem from a year or so ago, and he doesn't want to do the surgery if he can help it. do you recommend he try's nolva to see wat it does for him?

He could try nolvadex for 4 weeks, 40, 40, 20, 20. It won't hurt hijm at al to try .

thanks guys, and also when it started i tried nolvadex and it didnt seem to help. who knows maybe if i didnt it would be worse than it is now. oh and on average whats the surgery cost assuming you cant get any kind of coverage

Look it up on the net. Go to plasticsurgery.org and look for a doctor in your area and give them a call. I don't care what people say, if your going to have a cosmetic procedure done go to someone who is board certified and has a good reputation.

use letro. i have read that someone had gyno for over a year, due to a cycle, and letro got rid of it. I have the doses if you need them.

Hey Rocco, to my understanding, when you do the surgery aren't they supposed to leave a small portion of the gland in there because it can effect you in a negative manner if you remove the gland because then your body doesn't receive the hormone it produces?
