I'm happy for Bret. I'm also glad that he's refused to be payed for it aswell. Shows that he'll never work for WWE again and he's sticking by his word.

Maybe Vince would spit on him this time, just to shake things up.

Personally I feel this is an excellent decision on both Vince's and Bret's part. I'm glad that Hart is willing to be recognized in such a way, as well as the fact that Vince is letting it roll forward. I was a crazy Bret Hart fan growing up and still am to a degree today; it'll be great to see him being honored as such for his legion of contributions to the company over the years.
