Yeah, maybe HHH was implying that she may be the next GM of RAW. Or one popular point of view was that this was a little segment meant for all the smarks out there, showing the behind the scenes politics behind the relationship between HHH and Steph and consequently the relationship between HHH and Vince. As you may recall HHH implys that he is Vince's number one man.
