Shields had no choice really, Mayhem has a crafty ground game. Jason did a really good job at preserving his fuel tank through the fight, Shields was never really in a good position to take full advantage without being potentially thrown into a bad position.

I think it was a good show of technical wrestling and bjj skill.

Rogers is strong as ****. I heard Fedor is now out for a few months with a broken nose and pulled thumb tendon.

Those announcers dont get to do enough fights to get to know how to pronounce peoples names. Definitely disrespectful and unprofessional not to learn the names of the people your going to be commenting that night on tho. UFC likes to keep there fighter numbers down I think so people can get favorites. Its like actors you get a favorite actor and you pay to see moives he/she is in. Im sure Joe has miss pronounced a little known prefighters name before.

Rogers is pretty strong, but comparitively his skill for a 265 pounder in wrestling is very sub par. He looked clueless when he had Fedor against the cage, he had double underhooks and instead of switching body positions for a takedown when Fedor went for that judo throw he backed off. Again on the ground he looked like he didnt know what he was going to do.
