I'm not going to say my pick for awhile because I want to see what at least the first few people put.

awesome question man its hard because not being sports specific. id have to say M.Jordan, Deion Sanders, or Bo Jackson. this is just my opinion because they were elite in there respective sports but also went pro in another sport.

I dont know much about other sports besides soccer but personally I would say lionel messi who plays for barcelona. He made his unofficial debut at age 16 and his official debut at age 17 which to be playing for one of the top 3 soccer teams in the world is one heck of an achievement. He is also probably the best in the world right now and is still only 21 years old.

Alot more certain than the olympics, I dont even think steroids would help soccer players that much becauses its based more on skill rather than just speed or strength or endurance.

I think this is too broad of a question.. There are so many sporting events to narrow it down to just one athlete..

You make sense most of the time but gotta disagree on this.Speed and endurance is huge in soccer and steroids have just a chance of being in it as much as any other sport.
The olympic competitors would have alot bigger chance at getting caught or being tested
