Hey everyone,

I like many others forgot to make predictions on last night's UFC 67 fight. I haven't looked to see who won but am wondering if anyone has found a video or torrent of it. Usually you can find vids on youtube, vidmeter, dailymotion, or torrents but I have found nothing. If anyone comes up with anything please post the link. We need to make predictions for UFC 68 coming up in a few weeks. Also I don't know if anyone else is pissed about this but Diego Sanchez is set to fight Josh Koscheck. I think Diego is getting raped, he deserves either Hughes or GSP but Koscheck wtf! Koscheck can never finish fight he just wrestles them to the ground and lays on top of them. Diego is fun to watch and a real talent who has beaten top people like Riggs and Karo to name a few. Also this is a horrible set up because if Diego wins, fine who is he going to fight next.. Hughes, if something crazy happens and Koscheck wins what does it really validate, nothing, Koscheck sucks so either way you are screwed. If Diego would have fought Hughes it would have been a great fight and the winner could have been given a shot at the belt.. dumb move by the UFC.

yeh i agree silly move by ufc, if deigo was fighting hughes at ufc 68 it would have sold huge numbers. dont get me wrong i think ufc 68 will be 1 of the biggest sucesses of the ufc due to the main event ( randy couture v tim (the sloth) sylvia) however this would of made more money since it would of attracted more buys from new mexico natives.

On the other hand, Matt hughes is coming of a big loss Vs GSP. Matt being a ufc poster boy along with rich franklin could not afford another loss, therefore they have put him in a match against chris lyttle and they know matt fighting deigo as a co main event would sell huge numbers, and it would not even really matter if a belt was on the line, so this could be done on a seperate event. if hughes fought deigo now and lost this would harnish his reputation to the point, where he would not be a big draw, like he has been in the last yr.

Thanks for the post. Lutter has several very nice chances and a full mount but he blew it.

Rampage fought a beast but should be nice to see Rampage or Crocop vs. Liddell. Who do you think it will be? Against Rampage he could avenge his loss or Crocop he could be fighting the current #2 in the world for the 205 weight class. Tough to tell who will get the Liddell fight first.

Nice perspective on the Hughes fight, give Diego and Hughes both relatively easy matches to keep them high longer and then put them together.

Did you know that Mark Hughes, (Matt's twin) fought in the UFC? I was just watching I think ufc 29, he is stronger than Matt and a little bigger but lacked experience and could not finish the fight. It was weird to see his twin because I kept thinking it was Matt.

My two favorite styles are Deigo and Melvin Girard. I wonder when Melvin will fight again I haven't heard much about him lately.

no problem.
i heard melvin was meant to fight at ufc 67 but pulled out with injury just as gsp.
so im sure we will see him soon possbily ufc 70 id think.
mirko cro cop will more likely go after the heavyweight belt at the moment, because that is the natural weight he fights at and would prefer staying at 223 and winning the ufc heavyweight belt.
rampage will need a few more fights IMO before he goes for to fight chuck liddell.
I knew he had a twin brother but i didnt knew he fought in ufc, cool.
i was talking to a personal friend of travis lutter before and he was telling me how hard travis trained for this fight and was very upset how he didnt make weight.
i predicted from the begining lutter would get silva to the ground, i really hope dana white doesnt get rid of travis lutter due to him not making weight and im sure he proved he was worthy of hanging in there with anderson silva, which a lot of the fans on the internet very much disagreed.

Yeah Travis did much better than Rich. Silva is the man right now and I think that Dana will realize Travis has tons of potential. I think there will be more to see from him in the future.

That weight class it looking pretty lean right now. It seems that there are very few fighters in that class.
