I just saw the July 2006 flex magazine and it had many strongmen in it talking about their performance at the arnold strongman classic and their diets,I was suprised at pudzianowskis diet His breakfast conists of 10 eggs and 2-3 lbs of bacon, and throughout his day he says he eats alot of chocalate, snicker bars and three muskateer bars. Doesnt seem like the best diet for a 3 time worlds strongest man.
ALso the magazine told some of his best lifts
Squat: 836
Bench: 616
Deadlift: 924
Snatch: 440
Clean: 462

That is why they are fat. Obviously they have substantial muscle but a tweaked diet couldn't hurt. I believe I read that he eats 7000-8000 calories/day. I would like to see some of these big guys cut for competition just to see what they look like.

chocalate just doesnt seem right though for gaining strength, maybee does it to give him alot of pump during his workout

Pudzianowskis pretty dam cut though, not 3 or 4% body fat but probably around 9 or 10 which isnt much enough cut to see his abs well, veins ect, Cant say hes a fat strongman

Ya and whats weird is he came in sixth at the arnod strongman which isnt like him, savickas and vasyl virastuk entered to( two men who have come above him in the past) but he must have put no effort into it, just a warm up for the worlds strongest man competiton

I saw the deadlifting portion of the WSM at the Arnold and I think Pudzianowski tweaked his lower back or somethin. I saw him walking away pointing to his lower back and shaking his head. So, perhaps that was holding him back.
