Well England won their first game but what an underwhelming performance. A good free kick from Beckham helped in by the opposition in the first 3 minutes of the game shold have bouyed us to get a few more golas, but was sloppy playing - especially in the second half. Don't know if it was the heat but talk about subdued. We needed to show we can be dominant in what should have been a pretty straightforward win so we could send the message out we mean business - but it wasn't good enough. Still, better to play poorly and win, than play well and lose. Hopefully we'll be better againt Trinidad.

usa 0 vs Czech Republic 3

goles:

Koller, Rosicky, Rosicky

hell yeah the big man Jan Koller with a great goal and could have caused more trouble if it was not for an injury, the great Pavel Nadved came back and he shows no signs of age, he was the key to czech's win, also got to give credit to Rosicky had an exellent game and two goals!

well that might be true but van nistelrooy has to play up to his name because he is recognized world wide as hollan's superstar! but we just have to wait and see!

Italy wins 2-0 over ghana!

goles: Pirlo, Iaquinta

i think this pretty much sends the US packing home because i do not believe they will beat the great Italy, i didnt think they could beat the super czechs either and that proved to be true so we will see!

Netherland has always been one of my favorite team ever, it`s not the same team i used to watch at tho,...dont get me wrong i just dont like how they`re playing now.

USA has never been a good team IMO, though i have better thoughts about it now and see what happened so you never know.
