Well ive become fond of fighting alot.
And ive been talking to alot of friends about becoming sparring partners
But most live to far away.

I like it with no rules or guidelines, either beat the shit out of the person untill
10-15$ life is seen.

The guy i might spar with is twice my age but hes kool
And im starting to practice more

All i need to ask is

A.How can i help my punching aim besides using a bag
B.What are good workouts for people who fight

that is all thanks

i suggest buying a heavy bag and a speed bag, but to answer your question about aiming your punchs there is a good exercise that i do with my sparring partner that also helps with reaction time......go into a dark room, pitch black preferably, stand close to a wall but for enough away so that when your arm is fully extended from a punch you wont hit it...get another person, it can be whoever to be behind you and he uses a flash light and flashes a light on the wall for a split second and you have to punch the light on the wall before it goes away..it is a very good drill for speed, reaction, and accuracy to a certain extent, give it a shot

Thats a very cool idea

Id just say spar as often as you can, all the hitting on punching bags and drills is good...but sparring is gonna make you improve the most
