I'm of the opinion that it's all editing; They're just trying to make Ken look like an old man and an inept coach. He, at the head of the Lion's Den(more often than not), has been turning out excellent fighters for the last decade; out of the two of them, Tito is the one lacking in coaching experience for sure. Although with his insane $200,000 payday at UFC 59 paired with his tender re-entry into the organization, it's easy to see why Dana would want to paint him in such a positive light.
