Definitely one of the WWE's best PPV's; I couldn't understand why they threw it out in the first place. I sincerely hope it covers both brands, as you definitely said it, Pain; Smackdown doesn't have the talent or creative direction to carry it on its own.

IMO KOTR has pushed so many wrestlers to main event status its scary as to why they canned it.

look at the past KOTR winners and how much the KOTR helped them in the wwe.

It's a huge platform for sure; the industry has been chock-full of horrible calls in recent years, but taking KOTR off the rolls has definitely been one of the largest of them. I feel Lashley would be an excellent pick to win the tournament; Ken Kennedy(in the future, of course) is another name that comes to mind.

Although if the had the Boogeyman take it, that could break me on the WWE.
Shades of Chris Jericho losing to Chyna for sure.

A win over BookerT, at Wrestemania no less, was horrible enough. I see him as US chump...er, champ... in three months. With the atrocious way they've handled the Heavyweight title, I could see them disgracing the US belt with a paper champion as well.

Yeah, Booker deserves better than that. Losing to Boogeyman at WM. That's a disgrace!

Anyway KOTR back. Might have to start watching again soon. Is it in June like it used to be? I remember the one Bret won. That's the one that stands out most for me. Bret winning it, but the match Bret and Mr. Perfect had in that ppv was sweet. It wasn't the final though which was a shame.

All they need to do now is bring back the old school Survivor Series and all will be good!

the first KOTR qualifier match is next week on SD.. so i'm pretty sure KOTR is SD only.

This might be a great SD only PPV to really add to the roster...
