Steiner had some impressive muscularity for a long time, but right before he made his little hop to the NWO(circa '97), he started having bumps in all the wrong places. His chest started to show some major anomalies(namely a lot of shrinkage, and that gap started in as well), and his "peaked" biceps came in seemingly overnight. His physique in the early '90's, through both his early days in WCW and what was then the WWF was quite solid. The case now is anything but.
