Show opened with Mark Henry and Daivari doing a promo. He said he hurt Batista, but he's been overlooked and called out Angle. Angle came out and they started brawling. Randy Orton jumped Angle, leading to Mysterio making the save, and Teddy Long announced the tag match as our main event
Lashley vs. Finlay never made it to the ring. They brawled all over the place.
JBL did a promo and challenged Steve Austin to a beer drinking contest on Saturday Night's Main Event. JBL was mad at Austin's comments on the web site interview where he didn't rank JBL as one of the all-time greats who came from Texas.
Paul Birchall b William Regal
Booker T & Sharmell said they had complaint letters about Boogeyman. They are having a confrontation on Saturday Night's Main event as well. Boogeyman came out and Booker & Sharmell left. Boogeyman opened up the bag of complaint letters, and there were no letters, only worms. Like going to a buffet for him.
Kristal Marshall b Jillian Hall in some sort of a best body contest
Chris Benoit b Gregory Helms with a crossface. Helms' face was a mess courtesy of a potato shot from Paul London in Brisbane. He looked to have a broken nose. Benoit did the crossface on the nose
Road Warrior Animal did a promo claiming to be the only Road Warrior. He's a heel now
Bobby Lashley and Fit Finlay were now brawling in the parking lot and Lashley turned over a car on Finlay
Mysterio & Angle vs. Henry & Orton ended without a decision. Match will have to be heavily edited. The idea was to put Angle through a table, but the table kept breaking early.
Luckily they had a lot of back-up tables under the ring. Henry ended up putting Angle through the table. Undertaker made the save
