Ground Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup unsweetened ketchup
4 oz quaker oats
1 cup boiled onion
Dash of pepper
8 oz medium salsa
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup vegetable soup (low Sodium)
Mix the ingredients, place in meatloaf pan, spread ketchup on top, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
