totally i make one everymorning practicly just like a milkshake. mines one banana, 1 1/2 tbps peanut butter, 1 tbsp ground flax optional, 1 c. vanilla soymilk (can use regular milk), 1 1/2
ice blend that until its really good and creamy then add one scoop of protein powder in the last minute of blending.
or less ice and no peanut butter and frozen strawberrys and or any fruit fresh or frozen trick it just to blend it for long enough so its not icy. yogurt is also good to add for extra cassien and protein to fruit shakes.
