Im in the process of cooking some chicken and potatoes for a wrap,

you can do this several ways,

im baking my chicken in kitchen foil at gas mark 7 (think its around 400*) should be cooked within 10-15 minutes. I added some herbs for sensual flavour and smell .

I pre cooked the potato in the microwave for 5 minutes, then sliced into fritters so i could fry it with some herbs added.

For the wrap just by some fahijta wraps from your local shop, you could make it but tbh i've never been could in pastry as far as im aware its baking flour + milk and a tsb of sugar and flattened and baked:)

You could try adding some veg

Its rather nice:)
