Ingredients :

Chicken - Prefably a lot of chicken (i personally use around 2 breasts)
Peas (i use a lot of these)
2 x beaten eggs
Rice (generally half a bolw full or less should satisfy you after its been boiled add more if you want)

There isn't much preparation except for the rice heres how i cook my rice:

First i boil the water, then add my rice for around 10-12 minutes depend on the quantity of rice, caualy mixing it arond every few minutes. Once its finished, drain it then rinse it, let is soak for an hour or two.

Cooking your chicken, (you can slice/dice it what ever you want)
Get the slices of chicken, put them in your wok and mix the oil with a bit of soy sauce (allows more flavour) i generaly put the chicken in when the soy sauce starts to spit.

Allow it to cook for around 5 minutes,
then move your chicken to one side of the wok and your beaten egg let it cook like an omelete then mix it up like scramble egg,
Add your rice add some more soy suace for flavour mix it around and finally at your peas.

Its a geat meal full of carbs and protein, i generaly eat this off training days tbh.

You can all sorts :

Ham
Tomatoes
Peppers
Carrots
etc.

Total cooking time - 10minutes

Enjoy :)
