I use a carton of egg whites. What else could you put in? Hmm pepper?
I'm not big on spices and stuff.

Well you got the spinach and the beef I would add so I think it is spelled Badia sprinkle its great on eggs, meat, and fish. Also toss in something spicy like a dash of hot pepper sprinkle or something like that
