Hey guys. Does anyone marinade their chicken before cooking it? I put some BBQ sauce and some italian dressing then throw it on the Foreman.

any ideas? Am i making it unhealthy by adding those 2 dressings?

I poke a bunch of holes in my chicken, and use italian. I have a citrus burst seasoning I use a lot also, we have a rip-off foreman at the house. I love chicken man, I could eat it all the time. Sometimes I douse it in a lot of crystals hot sauce I love that stuff.

Low sodium soy sauce + garlic = asian and yummy

Dip in an egg white and "bread" it with parmesan cheese (should only take about a tbsp) and then bake it... it gets crusty and good

dip in an egg white, cook in a pan in a very tiny amount of butter or olive oil, add lemon juice + chicken broth = almost like chicken francaise and very good

basil + lemon juice + grilled = yuuummm
