Salmon Patties

1 15 1/2-oz can pink or red salmon or fresh.

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 chopped celery

1/4 cup omega mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method:

1. Remove salmon and break up fish with a fork.

2. Add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.

3. Make into patties and bake in 375 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

Yield: 6 patties

Exchanges Per Serving: 2 lean meat, 1/2 bread, 2 fat

Per Serving: 240 calories, 7 gm carbohydrate, 15 gm protein, 16 gm fat

It's the good healthy fat guys, don't be alarmed by the high number ok.

never thought about mixing salmon with celery, interesting. fyi all, get salmon as fresh as you can get it, the fresher you get, the better the taste.

Watch when purchasing salmon in the plastic wrapper @ Sam's club or Costco. It's raised in India or Indonesia. There not the healthiest countries. For obvisious reasons...
