Easy Lentil Soup
Put on stove before you go to the gym on low simmer. By the time you get back, you’ll have a meal waiting for you.

1c lentils (rinse well)
5c chicken broth (5c water and 2tsp chicken boullion)
2 cloves garlic
1/3 med onion
2scoops ON Any Whey (its an unflavored protein powder)
Salt, pepper, red pepper, etc…to taste

Put everything in pot, bring to boil, and simmer for an hour or so. Add any seasoning you want toward the end of cooking. I like adding pepper, salt, cayenne, and bay(add at beginning). Put cubed grilled chicken on top for a more filling meal.

Tips:
Mix the protein powder and water in a shaker cup before you put into the soup.
If you want more of a stew, add less water.
The longer you cook it, the more the lentils will break up and give you a blended soup.
You can add all sorts of veggies…carrot, celery, tomato, etc…
