Take your left over cooked salmon. Break it up into chunks.
Cook a 1/2 box of Barilla whole wheat pasta, according to the package instrutions.
2 or 3 teaspoons of EVOO = Extra virgin olive oil in a saute' pan. Heat it up.
Add 1/2 pint sliced mushrooms.
Add the chunks of salmon
Add 1 teaspoon full of minced garlic.
Add some Parmesan Cheese for flavor. Sprinkled.. It has a nice bite to it..
Add your cooked off Barilla whole wheat pasta.
Toss it around, try not to break up the salmon anymore than you have to,ok.
Salt / Pepper to taste.
It's healthy, good fats, and you get rid of your left over's in a good way..
