Hey everyone...
Does anyone know how to cook sweet potatoes in the microwave? I heard it was possible... Should I peel it first? How much time you figure I should cook it for?

Thanks guys...

Here in IA I can only find them in a can. I keep a few cans of vacuum packed sweet potatoes in my car along with some tuna and a can opener. When I run into a jam I'm good to go I don't even heat them up. When I have a microwave they only go for 2 mins. Fresh sweet potatoes I have no clue.

Cinnamon and smart balance butter would be fine but brown sugar... no. I prefer plain personally.

Thanks for the tip Kaboom... I recently moved to a new ceity, and here it's like people never heard of sweet potatoes, so I can't find them in restaurants (where I tend to eat most of my meals during the week)... I'll just have to buy my wife a gas mask, because this sweet potatoes make me a butane tank... hehehe
