ok im very confused over my breakfast. I used to boil 2 large eggs in the morning and drink 5-6 egg white. , now i put 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in the pan and throw 2 egg + 5 egg whites and scramble them. but when i said that to my friend in gym he said at high temperture the olive oil turns to trans fats and he cooks his egg without any oil he just throws them in a hot pan. i want u guys to tell me how you do it.
