I got this from other protein bar recipes, but i tried my own it it came out quite nice.
Buy a low in fat brownie mix.
mix it with:
-80g protein, so just chuck in any kind of chocolate protein, whey, iso,
casein.
-2 cups of oats.
-4 tablespoon of peanut butter
-honey not alot.
-splenda for more taste
-4 eggs whites
-quater cup water
-quater cup milk
-hand mix it to its doey, then put in oven able tray spread smoothly, bake for about 30- 40 min then let cool for 20 min.
-cut in to small pieces and enjoy.... delicious delights.
from this im sure you could make your own recipe, try anything out and see how it taste, u might be surprised.
