ingedients:
Half a cup of brown rice
2 eggs or 3 egg whites
soya sauce
peas
spring onion
Method
1.boil the rice and drain through with cool water to stop the rice from sticking.
2.in a large pan or wok, heat up an oil of your choice, best to go for low fat and cals, and wait until its really hot
3.stir in the rice and let it cook for a while
4.push the rice to one side and crack in the eggs or whites and and vegies...
5.stir it all in and walaa!
