
for those who know instant noodles, the ones that u actualy have to cook in a pot, not the cup style, this really hits the spot. if your eating it plain, not so great right? also high sodium and w/e but sometimes i have this. toss some grilled chicken into there, pre microwaved and cut and toss it into the pot while its cooking the noodles, then for those of you who know what tempura rice cake is toss in some of that too. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... high protein and hits the spot, enjoy!
