this is great on fish and completely fat free.
1 c. smart beat fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dill pickles, chopped
2 tbsp. stuffed olives, chopped (i prefer jalapeno but garlic are also good)
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. lime juice or lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. sweet relish
mix everything together in a bowl. then put it all into tupperware and put it in the fridge it will last for a long time before going bad. |
