After reading some of your protein recipe's I was just wondering what kind of homemade shakes some of you have made. I remember back in the day when I was desperately trying anything I could to gain weight, I would make these protein/high calorie and high fat shakes.
Here was one that I used to make and drink 3 times a day...
Whole milk
2 whole eggs
Oatmeal
peanut butter
flax seed oil
ice cream
I can remeber feeling so bloated drinking this stuff. I'm not sure of the measuring amounts though.
