2 slices light style wheat bread
1 egg yolk
5 egg whites
1 packet splenda
Cinnamon(as much as wanted)
Howard's Sugar Free Low Cal Maple Syrup(2 calories per 1/2 cup!)

In a bowl pre mix egg yolk, egg whites, splena, and cinnamon.
Soak the bread on each side sprinkling extra cinnamon if needed.
Preheat pan to medium high, cook each side of bread until egg coating is cooked.
Cook left over egg in a separate pan.
Pour syrup over the eggs and french toast.
Enjoy!

I make this all the time, but also add a scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work well). IT'S SOOOO GOOD!
