1 cup brown rice
1 cup of skim milk
1 capfull of vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
basically you cook your brown rice first. then add all of the above ingrediants and bring to a boil, directly bring it down to simmer for 5-8 minutes, during this time stir the mixture pretty continuously(it helps with absorbtion)
this is pretty good on a carb up day for dieters, and can be fit into any bulking diet.
