Protein/oat pancakes

3 Whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
2 tablespoon plain yogurt (optional)
1 apple diced (optional)

mix well, heat non stick pan to a medium heat, pour about a half
a pan worth of mix in and swirl it around so it disperses and is not
as thick. Cook until it start to look dry around the edges, then flip
recipe make about 2 plate sized pancakes, they are light, fluffy and tasty!

Macros.. (depending on protein powder)

832 cals
22g fat/77g protein/82g carbs/12g fiber

i use

8 egg whites
1 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries

(sometimes i use bananas and Fat Free plain yogurt)
