4 oz. of sweet potatoes
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop of whey protein
1-2 packets of sweetner"

of course just mix it all together in a large bowl and ladle it into a frying pan sprayed with non stick spray. Re-spray after every pancake.
