i dont know if i am over trainig or what, but im having skin damage in my arms near the iner-elbows, the are like stretch

its thar normal...

over training...

what i have to do??

Yes thats normal, not over training Use a lotion with cocoa butter 3-5 times a day on those areas to lessen the effects. You wont stop them from forming but you can make them look a lot less brutal.

The name of the stuff I use is Palmers. Use it on your whole body, or any part that you think will develop stretch marks. (Info from a former pregnant women, I would listen :) )
