It was freaking awesome. I've never been to a powerlifting meet. The Pros are literally the biggest human beings I've seen in my life. It was sweet. My friend clint almost broke the bench record at 179lbs bodyweight, and squatted 700.

My friend was in the meet and trains with the owner York Barbell. I'll tell you what, catching 1075lbs when someone doesn't make their squat can be pretty nerve wracking the first time. Its just like "looks good...looks good...looks g-CRAP!!!"

lol well fortunately i was one of 7 people spotting, and 5 out of the 7 guys were about 250lbs or more.
