Anyone using a Titan Katana bench shirt in training?

Just got one a few weeks back and started training with it. It has a great pop out of the bottom.

it wont have much of a pop for long if you use it to train in ! when new it should be hard to get a touchdown in and might take a few sessions to break in but we have found that after a short while the Katana goes baggy and too slack so best used only for comp , Better choice is the Metal shirts they last far longer

when i went from my f6 to my katana it was unbelieveable. It took 20 pounds more than my record just to touch my chest. My suggestion this is what i did, id do 10 workouts before a contest with it to find that sweet spot and get a good groove. Also i got fitted by a titan reps so i got the exact siuze i needed id say that is the most important cause to loose or to tight is not good.
