bench 225 1 rp
squat 315 2 rp

im 15 and weigh 214 post what u think or if i need more work

Yeah I don't know why that's a bad postl, but those are some good numbers. I'm fourteen and your about where I'm trying to be at by 15, but for 15 those are some good deadlifts.

Nice but your weight for should be for a 15 year old who is about 6'4"

Eh yeah I guess it could have been more descriptive, but no big deal everyone wants to know what other people think of the weight they're lifiting.
